Already listed on corporateevents.at? Claim your listing to take control of how your venue appears, respond to reviews, and receive qualified lead inquiries from corporate event planners actively shopping for venues like yours.
What claiming gives you
- Edit access — update name, address, phone, website, hours, capacity, amenities, price band.
- Photo upload — replace scraped photos with your own, in higher resolution.
- Public response to reviews — respond to user-submitted reviews on your venue page.
- Lead inbox — receive qualified inquiries from planners requesting quotes for your category in your city, with TCPA-compliant consent already captured.
- Verified badge — green "verified" mark on your listing, building planner trust.
Pricing
Claiming your listing is FREE. There is no subscription fee. You only pay for the leads you actually purchase via the lead marketplace, at a flat per-lead rate based on city tier (typical range: $8–$40 per lead). See your dashboard for current pricing in your city.
How to claim
- Find your venue's page on corporateevents.at (use the search at the top of the home page or browse by city/category).
- Click "Claim this listing" on the venue page.
- Submit your business email — preferably one matching the venue's domain (e.g.,
events@your-venue.com). - Verify the email via magic link.
- Provide one piece of affiliation evidence: business email matching domain (auto-approved), OR a recent invoice/W-9 showing the venue, OR a notarized letter of agency.
- Our team reviews — most claims are approved within 3 business days.
- Once approved, you log in via magic link and edit your listing immediately.
Phase 1 launch availability
We are launching the claim flow with our Florida pilot first. If your venue is in Florida, you can claim today. National rollout follows shortly. Sign up at book@corporateevents.at to be notified when claiming opens for your state.
If you don't see your venue listed
Email book@corporateevents.at with the venue name, full address, primary category (conference center, banquet hall, hotel, winery, etc.), website, and primary contact email. We add new venues weekly.
Disputes and removal
Believe your venue should not be listed? Email book@corporateevents.at with proof you control the venue and a removal request. We process removal requests within 7 days. Removed venues will not be re-added without a re-listing request from the operator.
