Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using corporateevents.at (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by the team behind corporateevents.at, a US-based independent directory of corporate event venues. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean the operating entity. References to "you" mean the visitor or user of the Site.

2. The service

The Site provides a directory of corporate event venues across the United States, plus tools that let event planners request quotes from listed venues. We are not a party to any service contract between a planner and a venue. We facilitate introductions only.

• Venue data is aggregated from public sources and venue-claimed updates. We make no warranty as to its accuracy or current state. Verify directly with the venue before contracting.
• Reviews are user-generated content reflecting individual opinions, not statements of fact by us.
• Lead matching is best-effort. We do not guarantee any planner will receive a response from any specific venue.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent, misleading, or automated form submissions.
• Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Site without written permission.
• Submit reviews you didn't write yourself, or content you don't have rights to.
• Use the Site to harass, defame, or harm any venue or person.
• Bypass security or rate-limiting controls.
• Use the Site for any illegal purpose.

4. Lead-marketplace terms (for venue advertisers)

If you purchase leads through the Site:

• Each lead is sold at a flat per-lead rate based on city tier (see your dashboard for current pricing).
• Leads in Phase 1 are shared — up to three venues may purchase the same lead within 24 hours. By default, all leads are non-exclusive.
• Lead purchases are non-refundable except in cases of clearly fraudulent submissions (see below).
• Disputed leads (fake names, disconnected phones, planner unreachable after 3 attempts) may be credited at our discretion. Submit disputes within 7 days of purchase.
• You agree to honor the planner's communication preferences (email-first unless they explicitly opt in to phone). See our TCPA page for full requirements.
• Misuse of lead data (selling to third parties, adding to non-consented marketing lists) is grounds for immediate account termination without refund.

5. Intellectual property

All Site content (other than user-submitted reviews and venue-claimed content) is owned by us. The CE monogram, "corporateevents.at" wordmark, and overall site design are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to public pages and brief quoted excerpts with attribution; you may not republish substantial portions or use our marks without written permission.

6. User-submitted content

By submitting a review, photo, or any other content to the Site, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and display that content as part of the Site and our marketing materials. You represent that you own the content or have permission to submit it. We may moderate, remove, or decline to publish any submission at our sole discretion.

7. No warranties

The Site is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings are accurate or current.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or US$100 if you paid nothing).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, your User-Submitted Content, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute shall be the state and federal courts located in Florida.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" and "Version" metadata at the top of this page reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
