Please read these disclaimers carefully. They limit our liability and set expectations for what corporateevents.at provides — and what it doesn't.

1. Venue listing data may not be current

Venue information on corporateevents.at is aggregated from public sources (e.g., Google Maps), supplemented by venue-claimed updates. Despite our best efforts, listings may contain errors:

• Venues may close, relocate, or change capacity.
• Phone numbers, websites, and hours may be out of date.
• Photos may not reflect current decor, layout, or condition.
• Pricing is rarely listed; obtain current pricing directly from the venue.

Always verify directly with the venue before signing any contract or making any payment. We are not liable for outdated or inaccurate listing data.

2. Reviews are user-generated opinions

User-submitted reviews are individual opinions, not statements of fact by us. We moderate for spam, harassment, and clear policy violations, but we do not verify the accuracy of factual claims in reviews. Reviews do not represent our endorsement.

"What people are saying" excerpts on venue pages are extracted from public Google reviews and attributed accordingly. We do not edit the substance of those reviews; we only select representative excerpts and format them for readability.

3. We facilitate introductions, not contracts

The lead-marketplace introduces you to up to three venues per inquiry. We are not a party to any service contract you sign with a venue. All terms (price, deposit, cancellation, services included) are negotiated directly between you and the venue. If a dispute arises with a venue, our role is limited.

4. No professional advice

Content on corporateevents.at is for informational purposes only. Nothing constitutes:

• Legal advice (consult an attorney for contract review).
• Tax advice (consult a CPA for sales-tax and event-related tax matters).
• Insurance advice (consult an insurance broker for event liability coverage).
• Professional event-planning advice (engage a qualified event planner if needed).
• Real estate or zoning advice.

5. Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party websites (venue websites, review sources, partner directories in our network). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Our linking does not constitute endorsement.

6. Aggregated ratings

"Aggregate rating" displayed on venue pages is calculated from publicly available review data captured at scrape time. It may not reflect the most current rating on Google or other platforms. Treat aggregate ratings as a directional signal, not a definitive measure.

7. AI-generated content

Some pages may include short AI-assisted summaries (e.g., a 2-sentence "what people are saying" synthesis from real Google reviews). These are extractive only — built from real text in public reviews, not fabricated. We do not currently use AI to generate full venue descriptions in Phase 1; that would be disclosed if added in a future phase.

8. Forecasts and capacity claims

Venue capacity numbers (min/max guests) come from public sources or venue claim submissions. Capacity depends on event type (seated dinner vs. cocktail reception vs. theater seating) and may be lower than the "max" listed. Confirm capacity for your specific event format with the venue before booking.

9. Limitation of liability

These Disclaimers are part of and subject to our Terms and Conditions, including the limitation of liability provisions in §8 of those Terms.
