Zoos & Botanical Gardens in St. Louis, Missouri

One of the 13 zoos & botanical gardens on this page publishes room capacities: its largest room seats 811. Capacity also depends on layout — theater seating fits more than banquet rounds, and a room's largest number is its tightest one. Specify your guest count and event format in your quote and we'll surface the right matches.

It varies. Some St. Louis zoos & botanical gardens bundle in-house catering, AV, and event staff into the rental. Others operate venue-only and let you bring preferred vendors. Each listing notes its model when claimed; for un-claimed listings, ask in your quote and venues will detail what's included.

We don't print one. Not one of the 13 zoos & botanical gardens on this page publishes a rate to us, so any figure here would be invented. Venue pricing moves with the date, the day of the week, the headcount, and whether the room carries a food-and-beverage minimum, so the only real number is the one the venue quotes you. Send your date and guest count and up to 3 St. Louis venues reply with theirs.

Yes — these are standard items in any St. Louis venue quote. When you submit a quote request, mention any specific needs (wheelchair access, AV requirements, parking for X guests, valet, etc.) and venues will address each in their response.

Each venue sets its own, and we hold no contract terms for any of the zoos & botanical gardens on this page, so there is no deposit or refund figure for us to quote. Ask the venue in writing for the deposit amount, the payment schedule, and what is refundable at each point before your date, and get all three before you sign.

Most modern St. Louis zoos & botanical gardens support hybrid setups with built-in livestreaming, dedicated bandwidth, and AV teams. If hybrid is essential to your event, mention it in your quote — venues will confirm AV capacity, bandwidth, and any related tech fees.
